Problem guide
Dental sensor not detected
General checks first, then the RVG user guide steps for no image. Contact the manufacturer if it continues.
Neutral guide, not sponsored.
X-ray equipment must be bought, installed, and registered per state radiation rules and the manufacturer's requirements.
General checks
These are general checks, not a line from one manual: reseat the USB plug, try a port on the computer itself, restart the imaging software, and stop if the connector is bent. Do not open the sensor.
RVG user guide
SM846 says that if no image appears after the exposure, check that the software shows the sensor connected, use a USB 2.0 port on the motherboard, and treat a red CS Imaging icon as an error message. If it continues, contact your representative.
CS 6200 manual
The size 0 manual says not to unplug USB during an exposure or while a calibration file is being made. It also says the device should be integrated into the imaging system. It does not publish a “not detected” error code.
Follow the instructions for use and the support contact that shipped with the device. This page is not a service call.
